Ovington Capital Partners provides principal funds for investing equity, transformational capital and other financial instruments.
 
Investment activities are focused on special situations, often with a turnaround or restructuring element, where we can deploy capital in investments to leverage Ovington’s expertise and international network.
 
Dedicated capital is available from a core group of investors, both for the benefit of Ovington’s clients and external parties. Funds can be deployed in a flexible manner depending on the specific situation:
 

• Equity
• Short term bridge financings
• Underwriting rights issues and pre-IPOs
• Capital available to invest / assist in restructuring situations where appropriate including working capital support

Investments are made on a deal by deal basis with transactions typically done through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
