Capital Structure Advisory 

  • Ovington has a unique insight into managing capital structure issues for clients.  We work with our clients to identify sustainable capital structures in addition to supporting negotiations with relevant stakeholders. We take a comprehensive view on capital structure, providing advice to corporates and financial sponsors looking to raise debt financing, refinance or change existing financing packages, as well as, advice in relation to new debt and / or equity offerings. These assignments typically combine the full breadth of Corporate Finance Advisory services ranging from advising on and structuring debt refinancing and equity / hybrid issuance, to divestitures. In addition to broader strategic Capital Structure Advisory, we advise clients on
    • Single Name Debt Restructuring:  Debt restructuring of single name credits where we represent both lenders and creditors in achieving successful resolution to non performing credits ensuring a sustainable capital structure; and
    • Equity Advisory:  Independent advisor to boards and management of companies contemplating equity offerings with regard to IPOs, rights issues, secondary offerings, and other forms of equity capital raisings
