ERC’s team consists of some of Europe’s most seasoned bank restructuring experts and credit specialists with extensive distressed credit and special situations backgrounds. The team is complemented by asset managers with specialist expertise in real estate and hard asset portfolios as well as senior managers from industry.
 

• Our senior partners’ experience dates back to 1992, with executive roles in the development and implementation of the “good / bad bank” blueprint in Europe
• ERC’s team of senior credit analysts have backgrounds of credit restructuring at some of the top international banks. They have a strong track record of successful deployment of special situation technology to the most complex single name restructurings, including in creditor-unfriendly jurisdictions
• ERC’s asset specialists harness proprietary networks of international investors to act as counterparts in appropriately structured loan and asset portfolio trades. The team has capabilities to identify and structure single name or portfolio sales and can configure asset repossession and remarketing platforms on a pan-European basis, through which outsized liquidity for our clients can be generated
